If you've got a very specific 1 1/4" headtube, the Stronglight JDX16 headset is engineered with needle bearings instead of the standard cartridge bearing. Needle bearings handle vertical load more effectively, contributing to a much more durable headset. Additionally, needle bearings have a lower coefficient of friction, meaning lighter and smoother action at the handlebars.
